Compliance is an enormous consideration for Clinipak, as it is for our customers. It is imperative that our products meet and exceed the standards expected and demanded of them.
All of the materials used in our products are suitable for their specific application and fit for purpose. Where applicable, products are made from medical grade raw materials and are compatible with many sterilisation methods as indicated in the product information.
Due to the flexibility of our manufacturing methods and broad spectrum of raw materials, we can offer numerous different materials for various applications and, in the case of tray wraps, can interleaved any two materials to give the best combination of product attributes.
Clinipak’s adaptable production methods allow us to offer bespoke and non-standard sizes for many of our products, including tray wraps, tray liners and foam products. We are also able to provide a customised wash basket service so that our customers can have exactly the right dimensions to fit their requirements. This can provide excellent cost and process efficiencies, of ever-increasing importance in an economically challenging climate.
Clinipak’s internal expertise can be deployed to provide either in-house or on-site training to both decontamination and theatre personnel. This can be extremely effective in managing the implementation of new products and processes or in tackling recurring issues such as damage from handling. We are able to conduct an audit of procedures and products to identify where efficiencies or rationalisation could be applied and make recommendations of products that could help to achieve this.
Clinipak’s office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

For standard UK deliveries, Clinipak quote a 5 working day lead time. However, for contract items or urgently required items we are able to supply orders in a shorter time period. Please contact us for more information.
UK orders with a single delivery value of £500 or more (ex. VAT) will be supplied carriage paid. Carriage for orders below this threshold will be calculated dependent on weight – please contact us for more details.
