Clinipak Reward Points Scheme

As a reward to loyal customers (see conditions below) Clinipak are offering you the chance to convert your orders into points redeemable against training or against Clinipak products
Enrolled clients will receive 1 point for every £25 spent (excluding VAT). 100 points will provide you with 1 Reward Unit. Once this Unit is claimed, you will be issued with a Unit Voucher which you can redeem against your choice of reward.
Every month Reward customers will be sent a statement detailing the number of points earned and the number of complete Reward Units awarded to date.

Use for Training of Your Choice or through ‘Working Together'Use for Training of Your Choice or through ‘Working Together'
As an example, the following schemes are available under the Points system:
TVQ Part 1 (2 days training) = 4 Training Units required*
TVQ Part 2 (5 days training) = 10 Training Units required*
Decontamination Consultancy. This requires 15 Training Units*

‘Working Together’ is an established innovative company specialising in mentorship, training and consultancy, in both managerial and operational areas of Sterile Services.
A flexible, individual approach ensures that outcomes and objectives are clearly identified and achieved.
Units may be used as part payment at the discretion and approval of Clinipak and/or Working Together (Please note following disclaimer: While we believe the service offered by Working Together to be superlative, Clinipak Ltd accepts no responsibility for the training/services offered by them. Clinipak Ltd cannot enter into any retrospective discussion or claim arising from services provided by Working Together.)
Arrangements can also be made for ‘on-site training’ subject to negotiation.

Terms & Conditions
System subject to agreed contracts between hospitals, Trusts and Clinipak Ltd.
Only available against supply contracts for a minimum of 5 products which must include two from either Sterilisation Wraps, Absorbent Tray Liners or Steriking products for a minimum of 1 year.
Units cannot be split and points have no value until converted to units.
Units valid for 2 years from date of issue.
Units have a redeemable value of £50.
Clinipak labelled goods are all items which are manufactured by/produced for/converted by Clinipak.
Special Offers are comparable to list prices only unless agreed otherwise.
