 Clinipak has
launched their own brand of Pouches and Reels.
We believe that by manufacturing within the UK we will
be better placed to respond to market requirements and
consequently offer a better service which will in future include
new materials, sizes and specifications where sufficient demand exists.
All pouches and reels are manufactured under ISO 9001-2000
systems and are compliant with EN 868-Part5, ISO 11607 Part 1
requirements.
The basic specification is as follows:
Paper 70GSM Medical Grade bleached
Kraft coated with clean peel polymer
Film - Green 5 layer laminate including tear resistant polymers.
All printing is positioned such that contact with the contents
cannot occur when removing them for use.
For ease of ordering, all pouches are packed in multiples of 500
or 1,000 with most boxes containing 1,000

approved to UN3291 for hazardous goods transportation. As consignors
of medical instruments, managers of sterilisation units have a
statutory duty to ensure that the instruments are transported in packaging
which conforms to dangerous goods road carriage regulations.

Theatre Clogs
 A range
of Theatre Clogs manufactured from Thermoplastic Elastomer, designed for
comfort. These special medical theatre clogs can be autoclaved.
They
have antistatic properties, and are available with or without holes, and are
therefore suitable for use within an operating theatre.
